1. Introduction
Welcome to TS Developers. By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. General User Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including name, email, contact number, and any other required details. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.
- All users are required to respect copyright laws, intellectual property rights, and platform guidelines. Unauthorized copying, sharing, or distribution of course materials, lecture recordings, or platform content is strictly prohibited.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Sharing accounts or credentials with unauthorized individuals is strictly forbidden.
- Misuse of platform resources, including LMS tools, course materials, WhatsApp groups, or any digital content, may result in temporary suspension, permanent termination, or legal action.
- Users must behave respectfully and professionally during interactions on the platform, including live classes, group chats, and forums.
- Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations while using the platform.
3. Terms for Students
- Students must pay their monthly fees within the first 5 days of the month. Failure to submit fees within this period may result in termination from the course without any refund.
- All lectures provided through Google Meet, shared via WhatsApp, or uploaded on the TS-Developers LMS portal are strictly for enrolled students only.
- Lecture recordings, notes, PDFs, source code, slides, and any other learning material are protected under content copyright laws and remain the intellectual property of TS-Developers.
- Students are not allowed to record, download, copy, resell, share, upload, or distribute any lecture content on social media, YouTube, websites, groups, or to any third party without written permission.
- Sharing LMS login credentials with anyone else is strictly prohibited. Any misuse or unauthorized access may lead to immediate account suspension.
- If any student is found misusing lecture content, recording live classes without permission, or violating copyright terms, legal action may be taken and access will be permanently revoked.
- TS-Developers reserves the right to update course content, schedules, and policies at any time for quality and improvement purposes.
- Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior during live classes, LMS discussions, and WhatsApp groups. Any misconduct may result in removal from the course.
4. Terms for Developers
- Developers must ensure that all uploaded code, projects, modules, plugins, designs, or documentation comply with TS-Developers platform standards, technical guidelines, and ethical practices.
- Any content submitted by developers must be original or properly licensed. Plagiarized, pirated, or stolen code is strictly prohibited.
- Developers retain full ownership and intellectual property rights of their work; however, by submitting content, they grant TS-Developers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and distribute the content for educational, promotional, and platform-related purposes.
- Developers are strictly prohibited from sharing internal platform resources, source code, student data, LMS credentials, or confidential company information with any unauthorized individual or third party.
- All developer access credentials are personal and must not be shared. Any misuse may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of developer access.
- Developers are responsible for ensuring that their submissions do not contain malicious code, security vulnerabilities, or backdoors that could harm the platform or its users.
- TS-Developers reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any developer-submitted content that violates platform policies or quality standards.
- Any violation of these terms, including misuse of resources or breach of confidentiality, may result in legal action in accordance with applicable laws.
5. Terms for Teachers
- Teachers are required to maintain professional, respectful, and ethical conduct during live classes, recorded lectures, LMS interactions, and student communications.
- All teaching materials including lecture recordings, slides, notes, assignments, code samples, and assessments must comply with TS-Developers platform policies and educational standards.
- Teachers must ensure that the content they deliver is original or properly licensed and does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
- Recording, sharing, or distributing lecture content outside the TS-Developers LMS, official WhatsApp groups, or approved platforms without authorization is strictly prohibited.
- Teachers are responsible for maintaining the quality, accuracy, and relevance of course content and for updating materials when required.
- Any misuse of student data, private communications, or LMS access credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination.
- TS-Developers reserves the right to review, modify, suspend, or remove any course or teaching material that violates platform guidelines or impacts platform integrity.
- Violation of these terms, including unprofessional behavior or policy breaches, may result in suspension, termination, or legal action in accordance with applicable laws.
6. Payments and Refunds
All payments for courses, subscriptions, and services offered by TS-Developers must be made only through officially approved payment methods.
- Course fees are charged on a monthly basis, as applicable, and must be paid within the specified due date.
- Failure to submit payment within the allowed period may result in suspension or termination of course access without prior notice.
- Once a payment is successfully processed, it is generally non-refundable, except under special circumstances explicitly mentioned in the official refund policy.
- Refund requests will only be considered in cases of duplicate payment, technical errors, or course cancellation initiated by TS-Developers.
- No refunds will be provided for missed classes, partial course completion, or student withdrawal.
- Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method and may take several business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.
- TS-Developers reserves the right to update pricing, payment terms, and refund policies at any time without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the TS-Developers platform, including but not limited to courses, lecture recordings, live class sessions, LMS materials, PDFs, source code, assignments, videos, images, designs, logos, trademarks, website content, and branding elements, are protected under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
- All intellectual property rights in the platform and its content are owned by TS-Developers or its authorized content creators.
- Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access content strictly for personal and educational purposes only.
- Copying, reproducing, recording, modifying, distributing, selling, publishing, or publicly displaying any platform content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorized use of TS-Developers trademarks, logos, domain name, or branding elements may result in legal action.
- Any violation of intellectual property rights, including content piracy or misuse, may lead to immediate termination of access and legal proceedings under applicable laws.
8. Legal Actions
Any violation of these terms, including but not limited to misuse of lecture materials, unauthorized sharing or distribution of content, plagiarism, copyright infringement, misuse of LMS or platform resources, sharing login credentials, or non-compliance with TS-Developers policies, may result in strict legal action.
- TS-Developers reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to the platform for any user found violating these terms.
- Legal actions may include filing complaints under applicable copyright, intellectual property, contract, or cyber laws, including Pakistan Copyright Ordinance, PECA, and other relevant laws.
- Users found distributing paid course materials, recording live sessions without permission, or leaking confidential information may be held liable for damages, including financial penalties.
- TS-Developers may pursue both civil and criminal remedies, including injunctions, claims for damages, and reporting offenses to relevant authorities.
- All users agree to comply fully with these terms to avoid legal consequences and maintain the integrity and security of the platform.
